Since its inception in 1978 in San Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, Teknokroma Analytical S.A. has carved a niche in the chromatography sector through the sale and manufacture of columns and consumables. Founded by five visionary entrepreneurs, the company initially manufactured products and exclusively represented leading chromatography brands in Spain. This robust foundation facilitated rapid growth, leading to the acquisition of Tracer Analítica in 1986 and the establishment of a Spectroscopy Division, the first among Teknokroma's nine current divisions. By 1990, Teknokroma had expanded its headquarters, emphasizing R&D with partnerships with universities and official centers. Expanding into Europe in 1995, and opening its first international office in Porto in 1998, Teknokroma now boasts representation in over 50 countries. Continuously evolving, the company focuses on new technologies and refining its corporate identity to reflect its core values of customer proximity and orientation.
